Hydrokinesis is the power to control water with your mind. It can also be called Aquakinesis. People with Hydrokinesis are able to create water wherever they wish as well as move existing water. It is also capable of extracting water from anything that does not have a soul.
Suggested Weapon[]
The suggested weapon for Hydrokinesis is a whip. This allows the users movement to flow easily, but with sharp, precise movement.

- Hydrokinesis cannot move water inside of living things, excluding plants.
- Those with hydrokinesis are not able to control the blood inside of one's body to force them to do their bidding.
- Water Vapor and Ice cannot be controlled. However if mixed with Aerokinesis clouds can be controlled.
