Half Eye is the second known fifi with another personality, and this one is evil. Half Eye is hard to trust because it's nearly impossible to tell which personality he is in. One week, he might be helping you fight evil, and the next week he could be leading an army against you. He got his name after an accident that forced him to replace half of his eye with robotic parts.
